Bring yourself and good energy. Towels, drinks, and everything needed for the experience is provided and included.

For men, swim shorts are required. Speedos, very tight-cut shorts, t-shirts, and tank tops are not permitted during sessions.

For women, regular 2 or 3-piece swimwear is welcome. Extremely revealing swimwear is not permitted. Modest swimwear is also welcome.

Changing rooms, lockers, showers, and toilets are available on-site.

Absolutely. No previous sauna or cold plunge experience is required.

Everyone aged 18+ can join sessions and public events. We offer different session styles, including Deep, Flow, and Hype, allowing you to choose the experience that fits you best.

Yes. You can use passes or guest passes to reserve multiple spots in the same session and join together.

The guided Aufguss experience lasts approximately 75 minutes, followed by around 20 minutes of social time after the final round.

Attendance varies depending on the session or event, with up to approximately 30 participants.

The experience consists of 3 guided rounds. If you arrive late, you may need to wait for the next available round depending on timing.

If you cancel less than 8 hours before the session starts, or fail to attend, the booking will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or rescheduled.

If you cancel more than 8 hours before the session begins, your booking is automatically returned to your account balance.

Pure Heat is located on the ground floor of Mimoza Building, Arjan, Dubai. Location

RTA parking is available around the building. Additional parking may be available in surrounding areas at your own discretion.
