1. Introduction
Terms & Conditions – Pure Heat Club

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pure Heat Club website, facility, sessions, memberships, passes, gift cards, and related services (“Services”).
By using our website, booking a session, purchasing a membership, pass, gift card, creating an account, or participating in any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- Information provided by you is accurate and complete
- You are legally capable of entering into these Terms
3. Bookings and Sessions
All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking platform or as otherwise arranged.
Sessions operate on fixed schedules. Late arrivals may not be admitted and may lose the session without refund, transfer, or credit.
Pure Heat Club reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, session formats, availability, or Services where necessary.
4. Memberships
Memberships become active on the start date selected during purchase, up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Memberships renew automatically every month on the applicable billing date.
Memberships may be cancelled with one month’s notice following the initial one month binding period.
Memberships may be paused up to three times per calendar year, with a maximum combined pause period of 90 days.
Memberships are for individual use only and may not be shared.
Full Access memberships include two guest passes per month.
Guest passes may not be sold, transferred, accumulated, or repeatedly used by the same individual at Pure Heat Club’s discretion.
Guests must attend together with the active membership holder and comply with all applicable facility rules and Terms.
Unused membership sessions do not carry over into future billing cycles.
When a membership type is changed, the current membership and access remain active until the end of the current billing period. The new membership and pricing will take effect from the next billing cycle.
Pure Heat Club reserves the right to amend membership structures, pricing, benefits, schedules, promotional offers, and Services at any time.
Promotional campaigns or discounted offers may be subject to separate terms, including minimum commitment periods. Unless otherwise stated, promotional membership offers are subject to a three month binding period.
Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Pure Heat Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate memberships, passes, bookings, or access to Services at any time for safety, conduct, operational, business, or other reasonable grounds, including breaches of these Terms or facility rules.
Where access is terminated by Pure Heat Club and no material breach of these Terms has occurred, any unused remaining membership value or account balance may be refunded on a pro rata basis.
5. Passes
Passes are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Multiple passes may be used for the same session.
Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards have a minimum purchase amount of AED 250.
Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost, stolen, expired, or unused gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No Shows
If a booking is cancelled less than 8 hours before the scheduled session start time, or you fail to attend, the booking is forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or rescheduled.
If cancelled more than 8 hours before the scheduled start time, the booking will automatically return to your account balance.
Unless required by applicable law, memberships, passes, sessions, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Private and corporate bookings may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
8. Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk
Please read this section carefully.
By purchasing, booking, participating in, or using any Service provided by Pure Heat Club, and by accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation in sauna, heat exposure, cold plunge, contrast therapy, and related activities involves inherent risks.
Our Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered medical advice.
Heat and cold exposure may not be suitable for everyone. You should consult a qualified medical professional before participating if you are pregnant, have or may have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, circulatory issues, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, diabetes, recent surgery or injury, or any other medical condition, or if you are under the influence of alcohol, medication, or substances that may affect participation.
By participating you confirm that:
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown
- You understand the risks associated with heat and cold exposure
- You are physically capable of participating
- You accept full responsibility for your participation
- You will follow instructions provided by staff
- You will immediately notify staff if you feel unwell
Participation while under the influence of alcohol or substances that may impair judgement or physical ability is prohibited.
9. Conduct and Facility Rules
While using the facility you agree to:
- Follow all instructions and facility rules
- Treat staff, guests, and property respectfully
- Maintain appropriate hygiene and attire
- Not engage in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct
Pure Heat Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund where safety or conduct concerns exist.
You may be held responsible for damage to the facility, equipment, or property caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional conduct.
10. Personal Property
Pure Heat Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the facility.
11. Service Interruptions
Pure Heat Club shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, closures, or inability to provide Services arising from circumstances outside reasonable control, including maintenance, technical failures, utility outages, emergencies, government actions, or unforeseen events.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participation in Services is at your own risk.
Pure Heat Club shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or indirect losses arising from participation in Services except where caused by proven negligence and where liability cannot legally be excluded.
13. Privacy
Use of our website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Terms
Pure Heat Club may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
