Everything to Know About the Full Access Membership
The Full Access Membership is designed for our most dedicated members and includes:
- Access to unlimited Aufguss sessions
- Priority Booking for sessions and events, so there’s always a place reserved for you
- Exclusive access to Members Hours, dedicated time outside our guided Aufguss sessions to enjoy the Pure Heat facilities at your own pace
- 4 monthly guest passes to share the experience with friends or family (unused guest passes do not roll over, and guests must be accompanied by the membership holder)
Your membership begins on the day of purchase and renews automatically each month. If purchased through our website, you can choose a start date up to 14 days in advance.
Memberships are personal and cannot be shared. They can be cancelled with one month’s notice after the initial one month binding period, and paused up to three times per calendar year, for a combined maximum of 90 days.
What Happens if My Passes Expire?
Passes are activated on your first booking and remain valid for the validity period shown when purchased. Any unused passes will expire at the end of that period and cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred. We recommend booking your sessions before your passes expire to make the most of your purchase.
Can I Use Multiple Passes for the Same Session?
Yes. You can redeem as many passes as you’d like in a single booking, making it easy to bring friends and family to the same session. One pass is required per person, per session. Passes can only be redeemed for guests when booked by the pass holder.
What Happens if I'm Late or Miss a Session?
Each Pure Heat experience consists of three guided Aufguss rounds. If you arrive late, you may need to wait for the next available round, depending on the timing of your arrival.
If you cancel more than 8 hours before your session, your booking is automatically returned to your account balance.
If you cancel within 8 hours of your session, or fail to attend, your booking will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or rescheduled.
