Everything you need to know before you join.

Yes. When a membership type is changed, your current membership and access remain active until the end of your current billing period. The new membership will take effect from the next billing cycle.

If you would like immediate additional access, Passes can be used in the meantime.

No. Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared. Full Access includes 2 monthly guest passes, allowing you to bring a guest to your session twice per month.

If you cancel less than 8 hours before the session starts, or fail to attend, the booking will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or rescheduled.

If you cancel more than 8 hours before the session begins, your booking is automatically returned to your account balance.

Unused sessions do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

Your membership becomes active on the day of purchase and renews automatically each month on your billing date. If you’d like your membership to start on a future date, this option is available through our website only. You can choose a start date up to 14 days from the time of purchase.

Yes. Memberships can be cancelled with 1 month’s notice after the initial 1 month binding period. Memberships can also be paused up to 3 times per year, with a maximum combined pause period of 90 days.
